LaTina D. Lett is an entrepreneur, author, business strategist, Georgia Associate Broker, and Florida REALTOR® whose work is rooted in faith, leadership, and service. With more than 30 years of experience, she has worked in education, entrepreneurship, and organizational leadership, including serving as a private school principal and owning three child development centers and five after-school programs. She understands what it means to turn an idea into an operating organization, lead teams, and help people develop their potential.

Today, LaTina brings that real-world experience to Premier Vision Strategies, where she supports entrepreneurs, business owners, and emerging leaders through consulting, coaching, strategic development, education, and mentorship. In real estate, she helps buyers, sellers, and investors make informed decisions in Georgia and Florida. She is also the author of Divorced, Not Defeated: A Journey of Faith, Healing, and Becoming After Everything Changed, a message of hope, identity, and purpose through life's transitions.
